Fungi Around the Farm

I know very little about mushrooms outside of the culinary realm but one cannot study true agriculture and not appreciate the amazing roles they play in our environment.  I try to take a picture when I see a new fungi friend on the farm in the hopes that someday I will have time to read the books I have in queue on the subject and become an educated admirer.

  1. You must have really improved your soil to have so many different types growing on your farm. Unless I’m mistaken, most mushrooms won’t grow in sand, so there has been some serious amendments happening!
