An ethical food advocate, writer, and community educator, I am focused on minding the gaps in our society. Formally educated at a large mid-western university but an obsessive autodidact, I walked away from conventional agriculture and politics to devote myself to the health of my family and community.
My goal is to help people become cognizant eaters and support an ethical food system. Food justice is the paradigm focus.
We grow as much of our food as we can, free of added toxins. We strive to eat whole, local, and seasonally.
These are my stories. This is my path. The journey is long, the lessons constant. If you want to learn with me, grow with me and avoid my mistakes, come along.
